The 4 of us- 2 adults, 2 kiddos- came in for food and ice cream. It was one employee behind the counter and she politely greeted us, before we reached the counter, took our very unorganized order (due to my family not prepared our order in advance), prepared it very quickly for working alone, and she got everything correct. She then helped quite a few other customers while we ate the duration of our visit with just as much haste as she greeted my family. when it was ice cream order time for us, she got all 4 items out very quickly. Top notch for a lone employee. Not to mention as we left, a massive group of 20 walked in!!! Be better as a company and help the workers that are amazing, and get two people on the shift! And give them a raise for goodness sakes!!

I didn’t think of anything about that so I tried ordering and he kept the attitude, I tried to keep up my cool. He then asked what drink I wanted. The mocked me, I gave up and cancelled my order at the end. BAD costumer service.
