  The kids that work here are very polite and they handle a rush well while still being patient and answering any questions people have. I’m here frequently and there is often only one or 2 staff members at a time are working. They always get my order right. shout out to Yesenia she was slammed and still did amazing. Every worker I’ve come across in the evenings has been great

  10•18•25 Woman all by herself!!! (Shame on the company). But an absolute 5 star for that employee specifically!! The 4 of us- 2 adults, 2 kiddos- came in for food and ice cream. It was one employee behind the counter and she politely greeted us, before we reached the counter, took our very unorganized order (due to my family not prepared our order in advance), prepared it very quickly for working alone, and she got everything correct. She then helped quite a few other customers while we ate the duration of our visit with just as much haste as she greeted my family. when it was ice cream order time for us, she got all 4 items out very quickly. Top notch for a lone employee. Not to mention as we left, a massive group of 20 walked in!!! Be better as a company and help the workers that are amazing, and get two people on the shift! And give them a raise for goodness sakes!!

  I went there after work to eat something, once I arrived the cashier gave me a look. I didn’t think of anything about that so I tried ordering and he kept the attitude, I tried to keep up my cool. He then asked what drink I wanted. The mocked me, I gave up and cancelled my order at the end. BAD costumer service.

  My husband and I stop by after work for dinner, we were ordering and the guy that was getting our order was acting really mean and was talking to me like if I was bothering him, I cancel my order and I told him that I didn’t like the way he was threatening me, he just left and didn’t care, NEVER again I will come to this place!!!
