    I’d like to give a shout out to Erma. She’s very Personable. She definitely made my experience better. She was very calm and patient, Great suggestive selling. Erma Is a perfect example of why customers come back!

    This place is DISGUSTING. Ordered through the app, came to pick up our order and were told they are out of roast beef, half the order were beef and cheddars. My husband told her to just cancel it (not knowing I had already paid through the app) so I had to go in, the girl is visibly agitated and doesn’t even acknowledge I’m standing there, kicks an oil bottle across the kitchen floor and then kicks a plastic lid across the floor as well, finally a guy comes out from the back and asks if I’ve been helped, I said no and explained to him that my order was placed through the app and if they don’t have beef they can just do ham and Swiss, he said no problem. The girl tells him “well she can wait and be last now, they said they wanted to cancel.” So I said is that why she is kicking things across the floor at me? He says “i don’t know she’s just in a bad mood.” I asked how it works to just cancel the order and get my money back. She tells me that they can’t cancel anything it has to be through the app. So I leave without our order not only because of this but because of how DISGUSTING the restaurant was. And let me tell you, I’ve worked fast food in the past and I have never in my life seen employees just throw the trash on the floor instead of a TRASH CAN. And she is preparing food in filthy street clothes and her hair hanging over people’s food. 🤢 thankfully we dodged a bullet and I just want my money back. We ended up having to go spend DOUBLE the money to get dinner elsewhere.

    Front counter is towards the back of the store. Which throws you off at first. Then 3 of us stood in line for 20 min. With a worker with 6-8 ft of us. He never said a single word to us. Just kept making orders for the drive thru. The inside cashier finally came out of the bathroom. Never even apologized for the wait and acted like taking 3 orders in a row was a huge inconvience. Food was all room temperature
