    Should have left when they ignored the drive through till a lady walked in to yell at them. But i was thinkingni like arbys. And then waited long enough to get fresh food for 10 people to get room temperature food that sat on a counter 3 mjniutes before they remembered it was mine. If i owned this place id close till i could trust my employees to do therw job instead of clocking in and doing whatever they want to call saturday afternoon. Lady that went n in from car infront of me said they were goofing off.... be warned ypur better off anywhere else. Or drive to junction for acrual arbys

    Generally our experience here has been fairly good all the way around. Today however, I ordered through the app again, then went & picked up my to go oder. Sandwiches were fine, however potato cakes were really really bad - tasted like fish. Took them back to restaurant & shared experience with the two young ladies it appeared who were trying to help people. Response from one was, "they probably were in cooking with the fish", and the other babbling something like "The oil recirculates & it was probably same oil fish had been cooked in". With that i offered them back to which they both said they can't take them back. I threw them away and that's it! No apology, no offer to replace them, no offer of refund, simply was told to have a nice day. Obviously the people allegedly working there have ZERO idea of cross contamination & associated risks, not to mention no clue of what customer service is.

    They forgot my sandwich so I had to go back, but they felt so badly they gave me an extra sandwich on the house!

    I was ignored at the counter when I came in. But I starving, so I ordered. Drink machine had no ice. 2 soda selections were out. Staff did not seem like they knew where they were. No manager around. And above all this place was absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere. Restrooms neglected.. Food was not up to par. Will never come here again.
