The delivery driver was great and quick, even friendly. But something is horribly wrong here. I work in foodservice, this isn't ok.

About 1/3 of the time, something is given to us incorrectly and they have to remake it or give a credit. Today, March 8, 2026, the manager flat out said they need me to drive to the store to prove they messed up my pizza. They would not accept a picture, but insisted they needed to see the actual pizza due to the amount of free food I have received (which were all mistakes on Domino's end). I took the pizza away from my family and brought all of the food back to the store after ordering delivery. The manager reluctantly checks my receipt, sees the pizza is incorrect, offers no apology for making me drive back after it was delivered incorrectly, and says she can remake the pizza. My family is eating something else at home while I wait in store. I've delivered pizza myself for a decade, and I have never done this to a customer. 2 stars because the food is okay. Definitely going to Pizza Hut moving forward though.
