  When you have to wait 10 minutes to get seated. Need to hire hostess to make sure ever Is greeted and seated

  Brisket queso had hardly any brisket and enough queso to cover the bottom of the skillet when the picture shows the skillet being close to 3/4 full. It was also surprising that our appetizer came out almost immediately. It even came out before our drinks (just 2 teas). Then we had to wait an hour for our two steaks. I had a fillet ordered rare that was way over cooked and my friend had a wedge steak he ordered medium rare that was extremely rare on the inside and was charred to heck on the outside. The restaurant was nearly empty so I could only imagine what the wait would have been if it had been any busier.

  Was really really looking forward to lunch here while we stayed at The Golden Nugget. We ordered pick up so we could eat in our hotel room. The chicken fried steaks and the gravy were kind of bland and mine was missing the gravy completely. It wasnt horrible, but definitely pricey for what you get.

  Im assuming the food was terrible because its located in a casino. People come to play not eat. The potato seemed like they just dug it up and put butter on it. The steak i think someone brought from yesterday's cookout and the mixed drink tasted like they've been saving what was left from other patrons and just poured it into my glass. But, the servers were polite and courteous. Photos are close ups of the steak and potatoe.

  After somewhat of a disappointing experience days earlier (very short staff), I decided to head back to Saltgrass to give them a second chance. And, boy did they knock it out of the park! I was promptly seated with a smile, given a loaf of complementary warm bread, and I placed my order quickly. My waitress, Cindy, was amazing. And my meal, a 12 oz. ribeye with loaded bake potato was fantastic. (Washed down with a glass of pino noir.) The steak was cooked just right and flavorful (medium rare) and the potato with all the fixings was very hearty. For desert, I decided to have a second glass of wine at the bar with a slice of berry cake. Misty at the bar was awesome as well. Five stars!
