Left and looked in the bag and realized they didn't place my order for the baked potato. I opened up my chili bowl and it was cold! So we pulled back up to the drive thru window let them know they forgot the baked potato and the chili was cold. The cashier said "oh the reason why it's cold is because it's the last of it." Never in my life was I ever served cold food like this. This is not okay. I no longer wanted the chili and they just gave me a coupon for any size chili for a later time. I just want to say that they need to do better. And as a restaurant you should never serve your customers any thing cold that's not supposed to be. That's all.
