You will get pinned in their parking lot or their drive through all the time. They seemed to always be understaffed and the employees who show up to work seem to be understandably miserable. It's just frustrating to deal with long wait times and deal with missing items. My wife's was missing multiple times. Corporate should stop operating on skeleton crews.
