- VVVangieOct 1, 20251.0Worst experience EVER! Came into correct an order and the manager Eddie immediately got defensive since he made the mistake. Instead of being professional he made me feel like it was somehow my fault I didn’t address it at the register that day. I did however call within my 30 minute lunch and the person on the phone said np they fix it next time. 9.30.25 Eddie shouted I was wrong and all I asked was that I be charged one sandwich instead of two. He said he would make me leave and threw off his gloves walked away and the other employee came over apologized to me for his insults. He still kept trying to argue w me from the back room smh. Left and right away his wife called the store I work at pretending to be a customer, I was the only one in line. No one else. Then, he sent his father in law to speak to my manager. It wasn’t a serious issue until Eddie made the whole situation worse! Thankfully the other employee was friendly and covered for him and made things right.
