this place sucks we ordered and got nothing what we ordered. i didn’t know large was small they rush and still suck at there job fix it.

I am disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced at this Sonic. The manager who took my order was curt and rushed me at the drive-up window, and while I waited for my food both the manager and another employee stared and laughed — behavior I consider unprofessional. As a restaurant manager myself, I would not tolerate this conduct and will not be returning or recommending this location. I urge corporate and local management to address staff training and service standards promptly. #CustomerService #Sonic #PoorService

Our service was rushed. We barely had time to order before she was already taking someone else's order. It took 25 minutes to get our food and it was lukewarm. The delivery lady even forgot to give my husband his food. She was looking all for who's it was. Very disappointed.
