    I’m local and enjoy eating here but today I waited in line for a little longer than normal, so maybe they were busy but not slammed, I mean it’s fast food so they rely on quick turn around. While in line they forgot another customers item but they quickly gave it to them and said it was in the microwave. I didn’t think anything about it until I got my food and it was cold almost frozen in the middle and the bun was soggy…I did ask for a new sandwich which they got to me very quickly but it too was mush and cold. I left without eating and gave the sandwich back, they said they did microwave the sandwich. That’s a lot of money to spend for microwaved food.

    The steak bowl is fire. My husband loves the French dip and swiss. I love ringing the bell as I leave because service is always on point.

    Stood at the front waiting order and no one comes to the front after 10 minutes of standing at the front made another choice and went elsewhere. Very poor service

    When I first pulled up my husband and I thought that it was closed. All of the lights were off on the inside and the outside. This was right at an hour before closing. We pulled through the drive-thru anyway because their hours were listed open. We ordered our food and they had us pull around because we did have an order for four people. They were quick to bring us our food out, maybe within 5 minutes. We checked our food everything was there but then after getting home we opened the fry bag and the fry cartons were barely half full. We had three medium amd one large fry and all together ended up with two small fries. I understand closing time is your end goal but come on at least fulfill my whole order. Look like you're still active and quit being lazy. Did not get my monies worth. $60 for 2 small fries and 5 sandwiches. Shame on you.
