These goobers just acted like they've never ever heard of people buying a doggie patty before and charged me 6 bucks for a plain patty. Plus the other food I got was barely even warm. Subpar location I guess

He was so nice, friendly, patient, and over all was a great example of great customer service. He is as asset to this location. When he wasn't taking orders, he was cleaning the lobby which is something I rarely see. Often I see dirt lobbies and staff just chatting with each other. What was a long and stressful day, Rowan's smile and ready to assist attitude was just a nice touch.

I don’t go during rush hour. Today, I ordered two meals, I asked if I was good to go and he said yes. Get out of line and check the bag, missing an entire meal. I’ve got groceries in the car but I can’t waste $12. I go back inside, kid recognizes me and says “I got it right here” before I say anything. Cool, I seriously have to go because I have a 30 minute drive with freezer items. Get in the car, they forgot my fries. My gf offered me her fries because that’s really all I wanted, and her fries are old, barely warm. This place sucks, I know they don’t make enough to pay rent in this climate but they make more that the dental assistants right next door at comfort dental, and they have a full freaking staff, theres not excuse other than just plain laziness. The is not a one bad day review, this has happened at this location at least a dozen times now in the past 1-2years. Get your stuff together. Your food isn’t cheap anymore.
