They're always out of everything. No queso, no fajita veggies. Plus the grumpy little blonde acted like I was inconveniencing her with every request. You work in hospitality, be more friendly. The other employee who I assume was the manager was nice, apologized and offered a discount for being out of certain things. But the girl with the attitude kinda soured my mood

Can’t remember her name, but the blonde girl who’s hat says “I love my dogs” asked my fiancee for his number a month or two ago and she gives me craaaaaaazy stink eye every time I come in, especially with him, odd behavior very uncomfortable experience whenever she’s working

I never leave reviews, and I'm leaving one. I'm a working adult, I usually just don't take the time. This particular QDoba is the worst I've ever experienced, and repeatedly. While yes, sometimes it is high school kids making food, the qaulity is below acceptable and makes me wonder about health code violations and sanitation?... I visited the Conifer Qdoba and ordered the Loaded Tortilla Soup, and the Chicken Nachos. The Server argued with me about what a full scoop of chicken was after the sprinkling I received was questioned. The chips were stale, cilantro was black and slimy. Nothing is very hot. 25 bucks for 2 bowls of fat laden, processed tasting chicken, and a bowl of tortilla soup that is almost brimming with soup, so much that nothing can be added, which I think is the point. I have lived in the area 13 years now and never had a good experience at this Qdoba, but this most recent one today was the last straw. I will never return to this Qdoba.

Dont order via the app or online. They have no way to disable online orders if they simoly decide to not honor it. And they dont know how to refund your money. And they don't know what number to call to get a refund. $72 gone and I have to call my credit card to dispute. And I still had to go to Wendy's to order. Wendy's online orders worked fine.

I can't believe this place is still in business. 5 years I've occasionally gotten something to eat here and it is so terribly inconsistent. Consistency is key to staying in business in the food industry, this place is doomed. Sometimes the meat has sat out entirely too long and it's jerkified. At least half of the time the beans are under-cooked and crunchy in the middle (how can you not cook beans properly?). I pass on a lot of the additions because they've obviously been sitting around a while, all scabby on top. I never see more than 1 person in the dining room and it's typically zero people. If it weren't for the lack of choices in our area, I'd have skipped it entirely but I keep thinking "hey, it's been 3 months... maybe they've improved", so I try them again. I think this was the final disappointment thanks to worse-than-usual crunchy beans and one burrito costing over $16 before tip that went into the trash after 2 bites, I'm done.
