  This is the best Wendy's in town. They have never gotten my order wrong and I eat here at least twice a week while working. They have the freshest salads and care about the quality of service. Thanks Commerce City Wendy's crew!

  I’m extremely disappointed with this Wendy’s location on 104 & Italia Place. Not only are they charging extra (around 50¢) for basic sauces like ranch and buffalo, but the service is consistently rude and unprofessional. I understand that some locations charge for sauces, but the attitude from staff when simply asking for them is unacceptable—especially when I’m already paying extra. Every visit feels like an inconvenience to them. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this location is seriously lacking. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless management addresses both the pricing and the staff’s behavior.

  I ordered delivery of a Dave’s single, fries, and a frosty. I live less than five minutes away and they brought me a melted frosty, and stone cold food. You guys at Wendy’s can’t even work at a simple fast food restaurant, just don’t work at all.

  I hate the fact that when you go inside to order none of the staff acknowledge you. This happens at almost every Wendy’s I’m at. I have to call out after several minutes of standing there “is somebody gonna take my order?” And then they seem annoyed that I’m even there to order and it takes almost 10 or 15 minutes to get my food because they’re concentrating on drive-through
