  Horrible experience. Ordered 1 double cheeseburger ketchup only. They charged me 20 dollars for someone else’s order and since i used apple pay they told me they need a physical card to give me a refund. I did not have a physical card and then asked how we can fix this they ended up being able to give me a refund by retapping my phone for apple pay. So they charged me for someone else’s order, did not know they could refund me on apple pay still, and with a cherry on top they made my double cheeseburger with Pickles Mustard and Onions and it was only a SINGLE CHEESEBURGER NOT A DOUBLE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS

  Worst mcdonalds experience ive ever had. Friday 4/3 at 9:50 am the lady in the front taking drive through orders was so curt it was hard to tell she was talking to us because she was responding before we could finish our sentences. I ordered a sandwich with a round egg and got a folded egg. I ordered a coffee and despite being more blond than it should be there is no sweetness like they added plain milk instead of creamer.

  I went to get Macdonald’s breakfast and the lady working the drive through was so rude. She told me to order and I asked for what I wanted and she cut me off and said “WAIT” in a rude tone. Like you literally said “what can I get you.” Mind you I’m talking very clearly and loudly enough and she cuts me off and says “I can’t hear you.” In a rude tone AGAIN. Nobody is forcing you to work there, if you don’t like your job just quit there’s no need to be rude and bothered by customers giving you money for your paycheck. At that point I just wanted to leave and go to a different place. Which I did.

  We ended up getting sick from the food. I was dispointed with the customer service and over charged me on my food. I would not recommend.

  Anoeva quote said, “you forgot it”. We went through the drive through and ordered 3 mcflurries , we checked our order and then got home, we live about 30 minutes away. We got home and realized oh shoot they didn’t give us our McFlurries. So we call and Anoeva answers, so I say “hey we were just by and we weren’t giving our mcflurries”. To which they said “oh yes there on my counter ‘You’ forgot it, mind you this has happened 2 times before this encounter, she continued to argue with me and say that I forgot it. Anoeva is unprofessional, I asked her what her store managers name is and she says “I don’t know”. Food was fine service is beyond unacceptable.
