At night time the male manager hes the more heavy set one is always friendly and helps me out and seems like a peaceful place to work everytime ive came in everyone seems happy and he even when he can carries my family thier food so I didnt have to get it this is some of the best customer service I have recieved he goes above and beyond every time I have came in I will go back to this wendys. He even took my order at
the register cause I dont like the kiosk and he was gladly to help me out

A Male Mangager there at night decided to hipd my card hostage because HIS card machine wouldn't work. They had ALREADY handed me the food and I was treated with the most disrespect because my card was UNLOCKED and my account was FULL. They have problems with their card machine and usually the younger employees are nice this guy ,he said Johnathan , had gotten agitated and started a whole argument through the window. I just wanted my dinner. I honestly dont understand their hiring process both night managers I encounter have bad attitudes and are rude to the employees,customers AND In front of customers as well. I seen the younger ones get yelled at over the line being out of order. When frankly if someone cuts me off as a customer I nor the employees can control that. All I have to say is night management needs an attitude reajustment there is no reason why I get off of work to come get my frosty or dinner that I should encounter such a bad attitude every night I go for dinner before I get home.
