  The food taste good The store is clean But the service is terrible, because they don’t pay attention to order details. I’ve been coming to this location 3+ years now and they 98% of the time they don’t cut the sandwiches in half when asked for it. Last 2-3 orders I have had 1-3 things wrong with orders. Some of these are missing add-ons that cost extra $. Sometimes they add items, even tho it was requested to be removed. Not sure if they are just moving to fast or just don’t care. I have submitted feedback 2-3 times and customer service each time has told me that all Jimmy John’s are independent franchises and the feedback would be past on. Has anything come from that? Nope! I’d like some type of refund for the missing items. Also I have noticed in a few of the comments the avocado spread was missing, which did also happen to me once with that add-on. Does this location not have that add-on?

  placed an order at 10 am for delivery at noon for a class that was on a tight schedule it is now 12:59 and i have 15 people hungry and waiting for lunch .. I called the store and all i got was thay are busy ... I appreciate that but at the same time you made a commitment to deliver at a set time.. How is this my fault ? the person on the phone knew exactly that we were on a tight schedule at committed to the delivery time 3 times. Not mad but VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service...

  We have ordered from this location many times over the years and the food has been fine but this evening we ordered two sandwiches and they were the best we have ever had. Whoever is currently working this location is making the absolute best subs. Thank you !

  We ordered 3 #12's which is turkey, avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and mayo. The sandwich was toasted and good. Very friendly staff. But...only 1 slice of turkey. And I am sure if you asked for double meat they would charge you. Not worth the money.
