- MCMarc CuzoJan 18, 20261.0Hands down, worst Dunkin in Colorado. The whole team has an attitude like they don’t want to be there. Spent well over $50 and tipped well before getting our food. After realizing that the bottle water wasn’t one that we liked, we just asked to swap it out for a lesser priced fountain soda. After a short back and forth on how they can’t swap out due to inventory reasons, we decided to check the food that was given to us and multiple items we burnt. So I have to go back in and ask them to recook the food. At this point the agreed to remake the food but then asked me to take the burnt food back and throw it away myself. Not sure why they couldn’t just take the food back and throw it away in the trash bins right behind them. This is not the first time that we have had issues with this Dunkin, tried to give them another chance only to get the same crappy service from people who don’t want to be there. I would stay away from this Dunkin if you value your sanity, they will only piss you off.
