They had none of it, I asked why the app said it was ready and he said "I don't control what the app says." He told me I'd get a refund. There is nowhere on the app to request a refund, chat is unavailable and when you call it says to call back at 2pm eastern standard time? Very random time to accept phone calls, so I guess I wait for an email reply? Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere and will be disputing the transaction if I don't get my refund.
