- LGLukas Gonzalez1 day ago1.0I’ve given this place way too many chances, and I’m done. Every single time I order online from Qdoba in Clifton, the portions are noticeably smaller and the order is wrong more often than not. But when you’re standing there in person watching them make your food? Suddenly the portions are normal. That difference is not a coincidence. I’ve also watched employees put together online orders with a clear “rush it and move on” attitude—throwing ingredients together carelessly like it doesn’t matter. It honestly feels like online customers are treated as an afterthought, or worse, like they’re intentionally being shorted because they’re not standing there to see it. Spending $30+ for two items that are consistently skimpy and incorrect is unacceptable. There’s zero sense of accountability and no appreciation for paying customers. If you’re going to charge full price, you need to deliver the same quality and portions whether someone orders online or in person. Right now, this feels like a deliberate and dishonest business practice—and it needs to be called out.

Service was horrible. Had to wait to get my food, then when I tried to call the store, they have their phone off. Pretty sure it’s not legal for them to have their phone off during rush hours. Pass it along to anybody you know. This place is trash, and so is the district manager
