  I order pickup for it to be quick. I walk in, store totally empty but what sounds like 4/6 employees in the back. My pickup was ready at 4:58 and I stood around in the building until 5:17 without any assistance. I was able to walk in and out multiple times without any employee coming from the back.

  Complaint Regarding Order Issues, Delivery Experience, and Quality I’m unhappy with my recent experience with your service. Here’s what happened: Origin of call: I called a place where a call center answered, and from the start the service was unclear. I’m not sure what the call center is, and I’m not confident they could handle a normal order. The representative on the line was not pleasant. Order fulfillment problems: When my order arrived, several items listed on the receipt were missing. The pizza I received was dry—no sauce—just cheese and chicken. The receipt shows barbecue chicken, so there should have been barbecue sauce. Missing items: We also ordered soda, which was not included. I acknowledge it’s my fault for not checking the delivery sooner, but the soda should have been provided. Delivery expectations: The associate should have handed me the soda if it was available, which did not happen. The not-included items and the dry pizza were disappointing. Second order issues: I contacted the call center and was offered a replacement order for free, which I accepted. However, the second order was completely burnt as a barbecue chicken pizza. It’s highly unusual to burn a barbecue chicken pizza, especially after a free replacement. Overall impression: I’m a pizza professional and former owner; I know how hard it is to make good pizza, but this experience was mishandled, and the service appears understaffed or inadequately trained. Rating and expectations: If I could give a zero, I would. I’ve had better experiences with other pizza places. My expectation is that orders are accurate, complete, and prepared properly with appropriate care for quality. Practical takeaway: Please ensure customers receive complete orders, ensure sauces and beverages are included or clearly communicated, and check the quality of the final product before delivery. When issues arise, address them promptly and ensure replacements meet basic standards. Closing thought: Before you hand a pizza to a customer, verify the ingredients and appearance. This saves time, avoids frustration, and prevents wasted hours reordering. Why is a consumer you should check before receiving the order?Making sure that whatever you ordered is actually was cooked.Right and the ingredients are there.

  Heather is delightful!! It is always a pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing her!! I'm here 2 - 3 times a week. Pizza But was always a favorite for my mother and I, going back to the 70s I've always enjoyed the food and the service great job
