  This place is so hyped up. Locals claim its the best pho in denver but i highly disagree based on what i had. The crab cheese wonton, were filled with oil-- the cream cheese was so clumpy which led me to believe these were old. The spring rolls had noodles, PICKLED carrots, and lettuce in it. That was it. No herbs! No other veggies but plenty of the pickled carrot to question where this food is actually coming from. The bun bao hue didn't have a single slight Taste of lemongrass flavor in it and not to mention they use brisket / what would taste like corned beef for the meat in there this is not traditional at all. It was getting busy in there and the server was by herself but just to Simply stop and check how everything is you would have known that the food was honestly inedible and that's why half of it went untouched. Won't be back here

  I had a great experience at Pho 95. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. The food was delicious, especially the pho, which was rich, flavorful, and comforting. The atmosphere is also amazing—warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Overall, a spot I’d definitely come back to.

  This is my favorite restaurant of all time. I’ve been coming here for years and the owner is so kind and always makes my day when I see him! Such a kind staff and the food has never, NOT been incredible! I recommend to everyone and always bring out of town family here!

  My favorite broth, it has the best flavor of any pho place! Authentic flavor, generous portions and great service! We’ve tried many other items from the menu and it’s all been great. The owner is very good with names and faces he knows how to make you feel like family. We only come here if we want pho because any other place the broth just isn’t as good.

  I’ve been coming to Pho 95 for a while but I had to leave a review after this visit. Aaron the host is hands down one of the best in this business. he’s super welcoming, always remembers people, Thats rare these days! What really blew me away this time is how they updated their menu. They leveled up! the flavors, the quality, the customer experience’ If you haven’t been here in a while, you’ll notice a difference. And if it’s your first time, this might be your go to spot! Big shoutout to Aaron and the team!
