Food was cold. The facility was freezing even after we asked to turn up the heat when it's only 40 degrees outside. Bathroom was so gross. Toilet paper with poop smeared over it piled in the corner. Very disappointing and cold! But the lobby was clean and empty too cold.

I went inside the restaurant and got a small frosty and ate it while I was parked and then went through the drive-through to get another small frosty and as I handed the kid at the window my credit card, he put his hand up and told me not to worry that it was free and I asked him twice if he was sure and he said, don’t worry about it, no problem, just enjoy. The inside was clean and the person who waited on me was friendly and quick. It was earlier in the morning, so it wasn’t real busy. It was a comfortable atmosphere in the seating are. I will say it was freezing inside the restaurant, but it didn’t really affect me. Both my drive-through and the walk-in experiences were great.

Our order was not taken correctly. The screen did not display my entire order and it is cracked. I ended up paying for a large frosty I didn't order, my crispy chicken sandwich had mayo all over the outside of the top bun, the fries were stale, not edible and didn't fill the large or small container I ordered. The chicken nuggets were also not fresh at all. I ordered a 10piece and a 4piece. I will avoid this location going forward.
