  The smoothies & bowls were delicious. 😋 I've never had one I haven't loved! They are way more expensive than they used to be but that's how it is pretty much everywhere these days. And at least they're way healthier than what you'd get at a regular fast food restaurant. My daughter was disappointed the bowls cost more than the smoothies but they were a lot smaller but honestly, if they were any bigger, we couldn't have finished them (well, we probably could have but we'd definitely regret that decision afterward!). The app made ordering & customizing easy but I wish you could order on the app & pay at the store, even if they didn't start making them until you paid. It's just a lot easier to decide without knowing you're holding up the line customizing your order.

  We always have a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The customer service is amazing with friendly faces every time I go in. I love working with the two managers Maddi and Seth, they always make sure my order is spot on. Everything is fresh, quick, and always manages to "hit the spot".

  My partner and I get our smoothies almost exclusively from this location, and today we had our first complaint ever, it seemed that too much of one of the supplements had been added to our smoothie, making it quite bitter. I brought this to their attention and they immediately fixed it for me and had my new (Non bitter delicious) smoothie out very quickly. THEN almost 3 hours later, I was contacted by Theresa, who notified me exactly what had happened and that they would refund my order for me. Absolutely incredible customer service, and always great smoothies. As a not, I highly recommend the Thai chicken wrap. Top tier

  We stopped into this Tropical Smoothie Cafe for a little refreshment and ordered an acai nutella bowl, which was really good. Then Dominic told us he had accidentally made a wrong smoothie for an online customer, and would we like to try the one that he had made. We said YES! and boy are we glad we did. It was DELICIOUS! He was so smart to offer it to us instead of tossing it out because he made big fans of us and now we will for sure be back. Kudos to Dominic for his friendliness and smart marketing to get us to try a "free" smoothie to convert us into real fans! Also can't wait to try some of the wraps and flatbreads. Looking forward to returning soon.
