  I got two Tmobile accounts, they don't honor my second account saying that they only take on on one device. No customer service experience, someone should honor it give the customer service. I won't buy their stuff or coming back. I drove 18 miles.

  The manager Theresa, is the most kind hearted woman I’ve met, she doesn’t just talk to you because she has to, she wants to. The kids working are also just as sweet. I usually stop by the Tropical Smoothie in Highlands Ranch since it’s close to me, but going forward I’ll be coming here.

  The smoothies & bowls were delicious. 😋 I've never had one I haven't loved! They are way more expensive than they used to be but that's how it is pretty much everywhere these days. And at least they're way healthier than what you'd get at a regular fast food restaurant. My daughter was disappointed the bowls cost more than the smoothies but they were a lot smaller but honestly, if they were any bigger, we couldn't have finished them (well, we probably could have but we'd definitely regret that decision afterward!). The app made ordering & customizing easy but I wish you could order on the app & pay at the store, even if they didn't start making them until you paid. It's just a lot easier to decide without knowing you're holding up the line customizing your order.

  We always have a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The customer service is amazing with friendly faces every time I go in. I love working with the two managers Maddi and Seth, they always make sure my order is spot on. Everything is fresh, quick, and always manages to "hit the spot".
