Started taking away the food that we paid for. Couldn’t figure out splitting the check service was absolutely terrible Server just wanted to throw everything on one card and let us figure it out. I called right away and was told I was marked as a no-show, even though it wasn’t even 1:30 yet. This was on the day of the fall time change, and the person on the phone actually asked if I had “considered the time change” when booking. That was unbelievable and made zero sense. I booked a 1:30 time slot, period. The front desk couldn’t find my booking (even with my confirmation email) but said they’d add me to the top of the waitlist and get our bay by 1:45 if we arrived on time. We showed up at 1:30, waited 40 minutes, and were then told it would be another 30. At that point, our entire afternoon was wasted. We finally asked for a refund, and while the staff apologized and gave us “coupons” for next time, those coupons turned out to be expired. We had planned a fun family outing, and instead it turned into an exhausting, disappointing experience that completely fell apart due to their poor system and communication.
