I enjoy top golf for a few hours of hitting ball. Overall the food is usually meh. My biggest issues is with service and their practice of trying to get you to tip on game play I addition to food and drinks. Our server only presented the total not the gameplay / food separately. When I tied review the itemized bill to see the food vs game play I was told just to enter the tip amount I wanted. Tipping on both the game play vs food in this instance would have been a tip on $75 vs $25 amount.

Truly terrible service today. We were nearly 20 minutes in before we got the "safety" talk and could even get waters, much less any food or drinks.

We made a reservation this morning and when we arrived, the staff could not find it. The party next to us was having the same issue. There was no process to address this, just "sorry, you can wait 2 hours if you want." What ever happened to customer service or at least an attempt at providing something in consulation for a mistake on the company's part? This is indicative of a new era is modern business where you get less for more. Raise prices, lower expectations, disregard customer service. Honestly, I can't believe Top Golf is so ill prepared for problems with digital systems. Kinda flys in the face of everything a place like that should stand for, no?

My actual server was great which sucks that I have to give one star due to something outside their control but “upper management” was the worst I’ve experienced. Ruined my entire experience and instead created the worst experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommended just due to the poorest management I have ever seen.
