  Fails to Honor Corporate Loyalty Program and Standard Commitments I am leaving this review to document a highly irregular and frustrating business practice at this specific Subway location. After making the requisite purchases to earn a free footlong through the Subway Club loyalty program, I attempted to redeem my earned reward here. Rather than honoring the corporate promotion—which is standard practice at virtually every other Subway franchise—the management took the unusual step of calling me directly to refuse the order. Their stated reasoning over the phone was that they “don’t give free sandwiches because they can’t survive that way.” I understand the economic realities and overhead pressures of operating a franchise. However, penalizing loyal customers who have consistently spent money to earn these national rewards is a fundamentally flawed business strategy. If a franchisee cannot financially support Subway’s corporate loyalty program, that limitation must be configured within the app to prevent redemption upfront. Rejecting a loyal patron after the fact via a phone call is unprofessional and damages trust in the brand. Until this location aligns with standard operational practices and honors the commitments made by the Subway brand, I will direct my business to the numerous other locations that do.

  I never ever leave reviews because I understand that sometimes people can have rough days- this subway is the exception. I order a lot of food from this location because it’s the closest to my work and if I ever have to order from them again i’m desperate. They have on multiple times fought me on my order when I clearly ordered a bottled drink- but they will try to hand me a paper cup. I paid for the bottle to keep it carbonated, not a cheap little paper cup. I went in to redeem my free 4th sub and my order was cancelled. The two young gentlemen explained to me that the owner doesn’t accept those coupons- when there is a HUGE sign on the door that says “buy 4 subs get the 4th free!” The two young guys were so kind to see if they could get me any coupons to help the cost but I told them I would pay the full amount because I don’t want them getting in trouble. This location is clearly either struggling to pay its bills or so extremely cheap that they cut any corners they can. Please listen to all these reviews and avoid this location at all cost!

  This location gives you half the meat and cheese of other locations. Other shops near here use full slices of cheese and dont skimp on toppings. Additionally, they dont participate in the free footlong reward on the app. Won't be back. The lady making the sandwich was very nice though.

  Place an order on the Subway mobile app using one of the promo codes that was available. I received a phone call from the Subway location as I was leaving to pick it up and was told my order had been canceled. When I inquired as to why, I was told that they "barely break even" on the special so they won't honor it. I hope Subway Corporate has something to say about this practice.

  Absolutely robbed. My husband came home with two very skinny foot-longs and explained this location’s new policy: only three toppings included with your meat and cheese. After that, you pay extra per topping. No more “give me the works” for the same price. We had to go home, add our own olives, greens, and even Chipotle sauce—despite asking for it at the store. Charged full price anyway. I have NEVER felt so ripped off by a Subway. We will NEVER go back
