I'm a Chicagoan who moved to CO quite a while ago. I've been excited about Rosatti's opening near me in Centennial. When I saw they were finally open, dinner plans changed and I picked up a pizza to bring home. I'd never been to Rosatti's when I lived in Chicago. I was a Malnati's or Gulliver's guy but we were really happy with Rosatti's pizza. We ordered a deep dish, pan pizza, which is refreshingly not "quite" as heavy and gooey as Giordano's stuffed pizza, which we had to head all the way downtown for. The sauce was not overly salty or sweet and would have been just as delicious on pasta. The sausage was well seasoned. I appreciated the chunks of tomato in the sauce, as they have back home. I didn't realize it but I walked in on opening night. The staff were professional, friendly, and they seemed to run the place like a well oiled machine. I can't wait to go back again to try their thin crust option. It looked amazing. I was happy to see a good sized crowd too. Welcome to the neighborhood, Rosatti's! I'm glad you're here.

I went in to have a beer and a slice. It had a pretty good vibe, although too bright. They have a nice little bar. The TV was way way too loud. The beer selection is not great. No porters. I ended up getting a 90 shilling. I asked for a slice. I had two options, pepperoni or sausage. I opted for sausage. The slice was obviously Chicago style. Not all that great. I sat at the bar drinking my beer and eating my slice. I became very uncomfortable because it was so hot in there! I know this is a new place and they still need to work the kinks out. So, heres my advice: turn the heat down about 15 degrees, dim the lights, keep the TV muted. Everyone was shouting over the TV. Get a local porter on tap. I would have stayed longer and had another beer if these things weren't issues. I may go back to try something else off the menu, but if these things aren't addressed, I will likely not go a 3rd time. If they are, i might become a regular and post a better review. The slice I had wasn't so good. I really wanted to like this place. It's in my neighborhood and I thought it might be a good place to dine, have a beer and watch a hockey game. I hope they can work out the kinks.

Meh.. we have been SO excited for this place to open. Ordered take out tonight and it was such a letdown! Ordered a thin crust well done pizza. The crust had absolutely no crisp and didn't seem fresh. The overall flavor wasn't bad, hence the 3 stars but our experience tonight was mid at best. The dough nuggets were also soggy and greasy. One of my biggest gripes is that there isn't an order tracking system. I placed my order at 6:22 and it said 65 minutes. I went to the restaurant at 7:20 and my order was on the shelf. If it was ready early, I wish they would have notified me in some way, so my order wasn't just sitting around. I did not receive any text or email notification that it was ready. Based on visiting and having family in the Chicago area, there was so much hype and overall tonight was just a big let down :(

My new favorite pizza place! I have been searching for a great thin crust for years. The crust is perfect and crunchy, the marinara is THE HIT and the topping are fresh and flavorful. I ordered online and it was ready on time. Very well staffed and friendly. See you again soon!

Visited on day 2 and everything was excellent. Starting with the service which was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. All the menu options looked inviting and we chose the meatball sub and the sausage subs with fries and a salad. The food was hot and both were very tasty. Our waiter Bobby was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A visit from Linda (owner) to see how everything was and if we had any suggestions was a nice touch. Not really much to improve upon, we will definitely be back to try the pizza, wings, etc. Well done, and best of luck in the future! Well worth the wait.
