Unsatisfied. When you get treated with disrespect you get disappointed. The word will spread and Heather is not only rude but also has no sense of urgency or empathy. What a shame. Will not be returning and I’ll make sure the word spreads cause your service was awful.

We’ve given it a couple chances but unfortunately the food is just not good. We ordered for pickup, arrived exactly when they said it would be ready (70 min for a small pie??), and it was all cold. The pizza toppings were in huge clumps so some slices were sagging from the weight and others had no toppings at all. It was cut in small squares regardless of us choosing no cut both times. There are better quality places around here.

My brother in law had the calzone...huge and delicious? I had the master pizza....is incredible! And my wife had the chicken Parmigiano! All the food and service is amazing! The owners, Jim and Linda were on site. This place is my go to! Highly recommend!

Ordered a takeout. Selected ASAP for pickup. Once I paid the confirmation email said it, your pizza will be ready in approximately 80 minutes. I get it, it’s Friday not happy about the wait but fine. Maybe let people know the wait times before they place and pay for the order. Waited 80 minutes, picked up the pizza. Got back home and it’s ice cold. I called right away. Spoke to the manager Kiana who kept arguing telling me that she watched her staff call every pickup order to let them know the pizza was ready. I never received a call. Don’t waste your time go to Dion’s.

First the good aspects. Cool joint and sauce for deep dish was decadent. Bad aspects. Some of the worst service I've experienced in quite some time. Sunday afternoon and restaurant was steady to busy. One waitress (who honestly seemed more interested in her phone than doing her job) covering the bar and the whole restaurant. One hostess and one front of the house manager. 2 deep dish pizzas and 2 salads. Salads were delivered after 1/2 hour. Deep dish pizzas took 1.5 hours to be delivered. Waitress blamed it on the kitchen. Asked multiple times for refills finally resorting to going to the bar with my glasses to get it completed. Lastly the ingredients on the deep dishes were minescule. To the point where I wasn't even sure if we had gotten the meatballs we ordered on the pie. Flagged down the manager who said she would look into it ( and then never came back). Might go back to give them one more shot as the sauce was that good but very disappointing.
