- BEBrittany EadesFeb 19, 20261.0probably one of the worst locations. frequently the woman employee has an attitude and ignores customers. today she sat in the lobby on her phone for 10 mins while I waited. I had to wait for another male employee to come around from the kitchen who was annoyed taking my order. It was super rude and embarrassing considering I didn’t even say anything I just waited until someone came to the counter. I paid with cash and he tossed my change on the counter and walked away. It took another 20 mins for my drinks to be made and they almost spilled as he quickly tossed them on the counter as well. It was not busy, or I would totally understand waiting especially as there was only two employees there until a third man came in and helped the next guest. he was very friendly and made conversation with myself and the couple waiting for their drinks after me. Idk if everyone is having a bad day there today or what, if I wasn’t picking up for my friend after their surgery I would have just left with the way they all acted, super sad
