The guy who took my order was so nice and talkative to everyone but me. Soon as I got to the counter he just looked at me and never said 1 single word. So here we were just looking at each other. Finally I said oh..ok. and told him what I wanted. He never said 1 word to me. But greeted the person behind me. I didn't ass any hot pepper anything but i took a bite and I ate something so hot that it had my lips burning. I spent 20.00 on a steak bowl that I ended up bringing home and trashing.

On top of that, the portions are noticeably smaller feels like they’re cutting back just to stretch the food. The dining area is also never clean, which makes the whole experience worse. I’ve never seen another Chipotle run like this one.
