I ordered two chicken bowls with extra chicken and a side of queso and chips and someone must have accidently dumped the salt shaker into the rice or chicken because it was inedible. I tried to contact the store manager, but couldn't reach a live person. When I contacted the customer service via email, a man named Dennis, with the title, Customer Care Coordinator, apologized, but did not offer to reimburse me for my horrible experience. Even after I suggested he reimburse me, he just apologized again. Horrible customer service skills, Dennis should be fired! Guess I'll have to stick with Qdoba in the future.
