    Ordered a to-go online at 5:15, the email said the order would be ready at 5:40, got there at 5:44 and now it's 6:10 and our food is not ready. I ended up canceling the order. Why, after waiting 55 minutes, were our wings, a chicken wrap and potato wedges not available? I'm ok waiting, but after a half order I didn't want to wait anymore. There were at least 8 other people waiting on to-go food and people waiting at the host stand for almost 5 minutes to get sat. No hostess, no manager, no servers came to help. Not an organized restaurant. Will not go to this location again.

    The wings at this location are just flat out bad… not sure if they’re just sourcing the absolute cheapest wings they can find or what. Almost seems like they are day old wings that were fried a second time and served. Something is not right here.

    Waited almost 40 minutes for our online order which should have ready for pick up as we had placed it 40 minutes before reaching. They messed up putting our order in the kitchen 3 separate times and did not offer apologies or any small compensation for our time. We’ll have to think twice before coming here again.

    They have good food, but customer service is lacking. I ordered to pick up before work, after waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time im told that it will be another 10 minutes. And explained that dine in orders take precedents over pick up. I would hope that all there paying customers are a priority dine in or carryout.

    We went here for my son’s girlfriend’s birthday party. Staff was awesome, our server/bartender Nicole was the BEST!!! Restaurant was clean, we were greeted when we came in and Nicole took Fantastic care of us!!! Food was fresh, hot and tasty. I let the female manager on duty know how good our experience was. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for making the birthday party a Blast!!!
