- WPWill Porter4 days ago1.0The manager of the restaurant is so unprofessional. He told me the last time I was at his restaurant. I left feces In his restroom, sound like to me based on the sign they got on the door. They don’t wanna clean the restrooms and only use them for themselves not the customers he was yelling cursing I finally just walked away. No Pizza in the world is worth that. kind of abuse I will stop by Domino’s Pizza. Let him figure it out.

There is no option in the app to request essentials like crushed red pepper or parmesan cheese packets—items that are typically standard with many orders. When I called the store directly to kindly request them, I was told that I needed to add it through the app. However, that option simply does not exist on Uber Eats. This creates a frustrating and avoidable situation where customers are denied something so simple, yet are given no actual way to request it. It feels dismissive and unaccommodating, especially for such a small and reasonable ask. A little effort in customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this experience fell short. I hope management takes this into consideration and improves both communication and flexibility moving forward.
