- BWBrian WalkerApr 20, 20261.0Saved a plate and lost a customer in the process. Opened my soft tacos which came in a foil ball and they immediately fell apart and lost all structure. They were also 70% lettuce even though I didn’t order a salad. Hope the ten cents you saved on packaging was worth losing a repeat customer. Not surprised this place has a sub 4 star rating as it is Busch league and sub par at best.

I asked how long for more rice and the very confused worker just stared at means said I don’t know, did not listen to anything I said as they made my meal getting it wrong, checked me out and they just walked away to finish their side conversations. Needs new management and staff.

I could literally count the pieces of chicken in my bowl, and it felt like I received half or even less than the usual portion. It’s disappointing because this location used to be much better. I hope they improve the portion sizes and consistency
- AAAfhaleoFeb 3, 20262.0This location will waste your time and money. If you place an online order, make sure you check it, because they will most likely mess it up. In the past, I have paid extra for guacamole and didn't get it, and today I got their new double-protein bowl. I checked it and it’s the same amount of protein as a regular bowl that I would get. I don’t know why I keep coming to this location. It’s almost like you have to watch them carefully make your order because it definitely doesn’t save you any time to place it online. If they forget something like your three dollar guacamole, there is no way to get anyone on the phone and it’s 100 steps to try and get refunded for the missed item. I’ll be going to Park Meadows Chipotle from now on.
