So sad…. There’s only two Taco Bell’s in Castle Rock and both are so bad it makes me so angry that the place I love for a late night snack, will be a place I now have to avoid because how terrible food and service these locations are. We been here so many times and we always think it’ll be different but it’s the same. The food is horrible, the line takes forever and the order we get is wrong literally every time. Today was the last straw, I was super excited because the mini taco salad came back for a limited time and the guy taking our order insisted they did not have it on their menu and charged us 2x for a cheesy gordita instead. My boyfriend told him to take it off and instead at the window he did not in fact remove it. We tried to tell the guy but he was still confused so we just left it. When we got home we did not even have the gorditas, it doesn’t cost much but really! We payed for something we didn’t even want and didn’t even get it anyways….Wild…Needless to say we will not be coming back to either Taco Bell’s and I’m so upset about this, especially since the owners seem to not even care about quality and customer service as all of these low reviews have not encouraged them to make a change.

Good luck getting any chicken on the cantina soft taco. We ordered four and none of them had more than 5 little morcels . So basically we paid for a tortilla with lettuce. Ridiculous. We live 30 minutes away so not like it’s convenient to go back.

I was craving a Burrito Supreme, so I drove 15 minutes to pick up my order and another 15 minutes home — only to be completely disappointed. I spoke with “Manager” Luke, who honestly sounded like a teen who didn't care with an OH WELL employee who was handed the phone and offered zero help or refund.
We ordered 2 Taco Supremes and 2 Burrito Supremes. Both tacos were soaked in grease, leaking everywhere, and had less than a teaspoon of beef. There was more sour cream than anything else, and the taco itself was thinner than a pencil. The Burrito Supremes weren’t even made as requested — just regular burritos wrapped in Burrito Supreme paper.
I paid $25.88 for this crappy mess. Between the poor food quality and the lack of actual management, this was a huge disappointment. I’ll be sharing this review in a few places in hopes this location gets better leadership and employees who actually care.

I used to like Cantina Chicken Soft taco, but today is second time I'm getting it, and meat tastes and feels, like CANNED mushy chiken, that smells almost like tuna - disgusting, had to throw it away. All other ingredients are nice and fresh - WTH Taco Bell???

Truly disappointed with this visit. This was our go to spot and a quick bite, probably been here 50+ times over the years. Today we ordered take out, 3 soft tacos and 3 bean burritos with NO Onions.
The tacos needed to be added together to make 2 normal tacos, lacking meat, lettuce and cheese. The burritos were about half the normal size and had Onions! Two were eaten because we were starving but the other went to the trash.
Have to say waiting in is a better option because you can complain to someone right there and have it fixed, take out was a bad idea since you’re already home and have to drive back to have it fixed. I would have called and complained but the kid working there wasn’t the person I believe would have made it right.
Won’t be coming here anytime soon.
