  We came here at 8pm on 4/9/26 and the play area was FREEZING! The food and service was fine but it was so cold we all had to wear sweaters to let the kids play. When I asked the inside staff if they could adjust the temp, they said they don't have the ability to change the thermostats and ALSO the staff is dying of the heat in the kitchen. Please fix this issue for both customers AND your staff!

  Used my mobile app and ended up sitting in the drive through window for 20 minutes while other people got to grab and go. My daughter enjoyed her Huntrix meal but the rest of my order was cold before we even left the pickup window and they didn't even apologize for the delay.

  Arrived at 10:54 to get breakfast. Pulled into parking lot to access the app for a coupon. Evidently, they don't let you access deals for breakfast starting at 10:55. Got in line to order guy comes on speaker 10:59 with the breakfast menu still on their display. Explains that you can't access breakfast deals after 10:55. While he is explaining that the menu board changes and he says it's now to late to order breakfast. One more example of extremely poor service. At this particular location. One would think that if you sold a mediocre product you would want to make up for it with great service. It's a shame that they don't have management that cares.
