  It’s quite silly and inefficient to have dedicated mobile order parking spots that are not actually prioritized. I sat in one for 15 minutes while everyone in the drive thru who came long after me got served first (and yes, I used the mobile app correctly). That’s frustrating. When I asked about it, the employee basically admitted that mobile orders are not really being prioritized and that the drive thru gets served first. They used to be on top of it when mobile ordering first came out, and that faster service gave people a reason to use it. It helped keep the lines clearer and everyone won. Now the mobile order spots feel like a joke, so I’ll just stick to the drive thru and they can have fuller lines if that’s what they want.

  Mid restaurant terrible like management and choices they don’t do water extra sauces or door dashes thru drive way then act like ima idiot when they don’t say anywhere that you can’t it’s 10 at night no one here I’ve gotten into multiple fights with a bald man who made me so mad I didn’t even get his name terrible business and every 2 weeks the staff is brand new but the staff is so nice terrible management

  For whatever reason, its extremely difficult for this single McDonald's to be able to put a good amount of oreos in a mcflurry and actually mix it, I only got three bites of oreosin my mc flurry, if I wanted just ice cream, I would order just ice cream

  Just ordered their big arch burger. The meat slipped right out the bun and landed on my table. Finally tried another. What a nasty burger. Im sorry Ive always loved this mcdonalds and this location. But this burger was slopped together . NASTY Ronald McDonald should be rolling in his circus tent.

  It's hard to know where to start to describe how bad the customer service was at this McDonald's. My wife and I had a large drive-thrllu order today, including a value meal. When we didn't get drinks or fries with the order, we asked the employee about it and she apparently didn't understand a word of English and had to get another employee to help understand what we were asking for. When she did, we were told it would be another $6 for 1 fries and 1 Coke, instead of the extra $1 or so that it should have been if they rang it up correctly. We didn't want to have a big argument so we paid and moved along to keep the drive-thru moving, and then pulled over and called the manager from the parking lot. We told him we weren't demanding a refund or even calling to complain so much as we wanted to let the manager know that his employees couldn't even resolve that simple of an issue. The manager, Dylan, got on the phone and his response was: "yeah, I know who you are, you held up my drive-thru line for like 3 minutes". That was the most helpful thing he said. I will let y'all make your own judgments about that, discuss amongst yourselves, lol. It's not like I expecr 5-star service at a McDonald's, but if Dylan wants to be the poster child for taking no accountability in a position of authority at their job, and if he hasn't learned any from his supervisors, the company whose name he represents, or his own family, I'm okay with calling that out and lighting him up here.
