  It's very clean and staff is respectful. You can tell they're tired and no one wants to be an under paid worker working on the weekend but they were still very respectful. Freaky medium pace. I got the spicy east coast Italian (like I always do) and OH MY GOD. Every bite from start to finish was spicy. I have never had that before at any other location and I loved it. This was the best sandwich I have every had. I would die for it.

  I walked in and ordered 3 sandwiches. I wanted to try the new gyro and asked if they could make it so only half had meat and the other half had sauce and lettuce. They said yes. When the order was finished it had lettuce and sauce all over it. The 2nd sandwich was a club lulu and asked for just turkey bacon and pickles. They completely left off the turkey. Lastly, I had a coupon for a bogo 50% off but when I was about to pay they said that it was only good for an online order. So I said can I make the order online then? They said they wouldn’t honor the coupon if I did since they already started the order as a walk in. This was the worst Jimmy John’s experienced I have ever had. Not only did I end up paying for 3 full priced sandwiches, but 2 of them weren’t made correctly. I should have gone back to complain but I didn’t see the errors until we got home. They wrap their sandwiches up in paper.

  First time trying this location and I was disappointed. It was almost empty inside and the 2 male workers looked bored. I ordered a regular Italian #9 sandwich and took it to go. The meat was good, but the bread was hard (old, possibly left out all day?!). And surprisingly there was very little shred lettuce on my sandwich and I couldn’t taste the oil and vinegar! The guy made it way too quickly and barely said anything to me as I got my sandwich. I definitely expected better customer service and a better sandwich.

  We used to love this place me and friend got two sandwiches I paid 22 dollars I showed the guy who was working up front that I paid , wish I got his name all I can say is that he look young , to call my bank to get my money back, the boys upfront really thought were trying to steal food were not dumb i could’ve paid 40 bucks for two sandwiches twice now that’s stealing and ridiculous, you guys should really fix the app big time !!
