  I hate to leave this review but 3 times in a row we have ordered to go/ drive through and our order has been wrong. We live 25 min away so going back isn’t an option. We’ve let them know and they don’t seem to care much. We don’t eat in the restaurant because it’s so dirty. I really enjoy Panera but I’m worried without drastic changes it will close.

  Filthy!! Went inside to eat and was shocked!! Chips falling off the side, trash everywhere, not sure what was in the tea container, stinks.... how are they allowed to serve food in these conditions!! Tried to do a video but no dice.... definitely need new management!

  Food is good as usual but they ALWAYS forget something and are simply rude! I am PAYING for my food! I’ve gone in and gotten doordash. When I go in I can tell them to give me what they forgot, but I will never DoorDash from them again because they always leave out whole items. Panera is expensive! I don’t want to pay for stuff I won’t get! On top of that they are soooo slow when there is nobody there. Do NOT go to this location! Choose a different one.

  My issue is with the menu board. Prices are not clearly reflected for all options. I guess you need to use the kiosk to order instead of an actual employee so you know exactly what you are paying for so you can see everything itemized. Their prices for a half sandwich are ridiculous. I guess that’s why they don’t display them.

  HORRIBLE management and restaurant. Hair in my take out bag from the drive thru. Called and got the most rude and condescending "manager." Went back in and she was worse than she was on the phone. Sarah is her name. Disgusting!! Got home, saw my replacement soup bowl was only filled half way. Called and asked to speak to the general manager. Kelsey professed to be the general manager, although I doubt that by the way she spoke to me. She told me that I didn't pay for my cookie or baguette and I reminded her that I had a free cookie with an entree and I actually paid $1.99 for the extra baguette. I told her that I feel like she purposely only filled the soup half way when I returned with the hairy bag. I also told her I called corporate, to which she said, "oh! You called corporate?! I cannot help you or speak to you." And she hung up on me. What a joke of a place this is. Don't ever waste a penny on this horrible place. The management is rude, unprofessional and disgusting. The food comes with hair, if that's what you're looking for and zero professionalism or customer service. Stay far away from here!
