  First time trying this location and I was disappointed. It was almost empty inside and the 2 male workers looked bored. I ordered a regular Italian #9 sandwich and took it to go. The meat was good, but the bread was hard (old, possibly left out all day?!). And surprisingly there was very little shred lettuce on my sandwich and I couldn’t taste the oil and vinegar! The guy made it way too quickly and barely said anything to me as I got my sandwich. I definitely expected better customer service and a better sandwich.

  We used to love this place me and friend got two sandwiches I paid 22 dollars I showed the guy who was working up front that I paid , wish I got his name all I can say is that he look young , to call my bank to get my money back, the boys upfront really thought were trying to steal food were not dumb i could’ve paid 40 bucks for two sandwiches twice now that’s stealing and ridiculous, you guys should really fix the app big time !!

  I was at work and forgot my lunch. Although I had problems with this location in the past a year ago. (Not getting our order correct. Manager on shift didn’t care) I decided to give it a second chance. I ordered on my app. Food came late and once again the order was incorrect. I am not picky and asking a lot. Simply added hot peppers, just as I had before. It came with ONLY the meat, cheese, and peppers. No lettuce, tom, or onion. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! $15 for a sandwich to be delivered late and incorrect. Last time JJ. Do better!

  The girl working was super rude black hair and pink pants, sandwich was hard and dry won’t be coming back
