  I usually love Jimmy John’s, but this experience was disappointing. My husband brought our order home and our bag was missing multiple items, both bags of chips and the large Kickin’ Ranch we paid for. Mistakes happen, but when I completed the survey to report it, all it said was “we’re sorry” with no option for a refund or to void the charge for the missing items. When you pay full price, you expect to receive your full order or at least have a way to make it right. Hoping this location improves its order accuracy and customer service response.

  Ordered 2 subs at 1:15 in the afternoon, took more than an hour for them to deliver food. When I called the store they informed me they had ran out of multiple ingredients and were working on it with no idea on time frame for delivery.

  Bad experience!! 7:30 PM OCT 22 when i 77entered JJ on Allen st castle rock no one was there waited a while then I called hello hello- this young girl came out of the back obviously not happy i asked to purchase one bread she responded we don't have any so i do you have enough for a sandwich she responded what do you want i asked for # 16 she started to make it with no gloves first then realized and put on gloves i
