The fries were cold, soggy, and completely unsalted; not even close to the quality Five Guys is known for. Both burgers were a mess. We asked for extra pickles, but what we got looked like someone dumped half a jar on each sandwich. The buns were soaked through and inedible. That’s not “extra,” that’s careless. I don’t ask for corrections when it appears intentional like this did, so there was ZERO chance we would have felt comfortable asking for the staff to remake these items. For a $45 meal for two adults, this was completely unacceptable. If this had been our first Five Guys experience, there’s no way we would come back. The cashier was nice for what it’s worth so it wasn’t a complete disaster.
