These people are soooooo slow, that’s almost an understatement. If you plan on coming early, forget it. They’re even SLOWER when they open. It’s actually appalling how slow they are and how long they make the customers wait. This is absolutely unacceptable for a drive thru. There is only 2 cars ahead of me and I’ve been here for 15 minutes already and we haven’t moved!!!!! The car gets handed ONE drink. That’s absolutely INSANE. Please do no support this location, it’s not worth it. They need better workers and better management because this is crazy to wait this long for a cup of coffee. Majority of the reviews are about this as well. And to get served a drink that’s not even made properly is the perfect way to ruin someone’s start to their day. -10/10 establishment.

But no, last time I went, they told me they either have to charge me extra to FILL UP THE DRINK I PAID FOR, or they can just fill it up barely over halfway. I am absolutely appalled at this little money grab and will definitely not be jumping at the opportunity to purchase a medium, then receive a small in a medium cup. If you have to make up a new term to excuse ripping people off and not filling up their drinks, there might be a problem! Fill up my drink just how you’d fill up one for for yourself 👎 worker also had attitude because I didn’t know what a cold pour was 😔

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
