Mixed Experience - Store Was Great, Driver Not So Much
I ordered online and selected cash payment on delivery. The driver dropped off my order but forgot to collect payment. When I called the store to let them know, the person I spoke with was fantastic - professional and handled the situation perfectly.
However, when driver Austin returned to collect payment, the interaction was disappointing. He was completely silent when I opened the door. I explained we hadn't paid yet, and he just said "yeah" and grabbed the money without any acknowledgment or apology for the confusion. We even gave him an $8 tip on our $32 order, which went unacknowledged.
The store staff deserve credit for their excellent customer service, but the driver's attitude left a lot to be desired. A simple "sorry about that" or "thank you" would have made all the difference

Ordered New York Style & well done. Got very doughy, underbaked, not New York style. My wife could not eat it. I ate 3 pieces just to not waste $24.00. We decided never to order from Dominoes again. Not worth it.

Placed an order on the app, said 68 minutes for delivery. 35 minutes later it still said 68 minutes for delivery. I called the store to figure out what was going on, was placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes before the manager informed me that she didn’t know when my order would be delivered, so I had to cancel my order.

Don’t be fooled, order on the app and it shows it will be there in an hour. It will be two. Order in person and they say 30 minutes? Get ready for an hour and a half. Avoid this dominos location at all costs

Buyer be warned, if Dominos messes up and forgets to deliver an item they’ll become extremely hostile and do everything in their power to not refund your order.
I’ve worked in the food service industry and fully understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Normally it’s no big deal and the store just refunds your money. That didn’t happen today.
The employee that answered the phone was hostile from the beginning. They acted like me calling for a refund was a huge inconvenience to them. They looked up my order and first tried to say that I got my item. I had to insist that they didn’t give me what I paid for. Then the employee finally agreed that they missed the item, but only gave me the option to either drive to the store to pick up the item (which completely defeats the purpose of me paying a delivery fee to have the food delivered), or a store credit. They refused to refund my money because they claimed it wasn’t possible to refund a single item.
After I insisted they refund my card the employee set the phone down to talk to another employee. At that point they called me a bunch of derogatory names and said they were just going to hang up on me. Then the employee picked up the phone and said they refunded me. I asked for their name and they immediately hung up the phone. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat a customer.
If the managers of the store see this, the employee sounded like they were new because they didn’t know how to operate the system and had an effeminate voice. You should probably look into this as I doubt I’m the only customer that is receiving terrible service from them.
To the extremely rude employee, you should probably make sure that you put the phone on hold or at least walk away before running your mouth about a customer.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from this store anytime in the near future. There are plenty of other pizza places in town that actually want the business and provide good customer service.
