I understand things happen but that’s when you update the map so people don’t drive 20 minutes to the nearest Dairy Queen since there’s not that many. Really messed up. Definitely not stopping here anymore. And I definitely spent some money at the store just lost a customer

I specifically mentioned in the comments section when ordering to make it look like the cakes you present in advertising. They skimped on the toppings making it a glorfied chocolate ice cream cake. I asked the clerk why is there so few topping on top and was told they skimp on toppings on the larger cakes. Deceptive advertising to say the least
