  This store has more operational challenges than I have ever seen at a chipotle. They are often out of key ingredients by 5 PM, they often mess up orders, and I just watched an associate break my taco shells right in front of me but proceed to just put them in the container and dump the rest of the ingredients that spilled over onto the counter on top of it and seal it up. And then she looked at me as if to say, “did you see me do that and are you going to make me redo them?” I’m done with this branch.

  I’ve been to many Chipotle locations over the years, and Chipotle Mexican Grill, Castle Rock is easily one of the best when it comes to both food quality and service. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what you hope for when you walk into a Chipotle. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept the line moving efficiently even during a busy lunch rush. It does get pretty crowded around midday, and seating is a little limited, but that’s really just a sign of how popular this location is. The location itself is very convenient, especially being close to where I work, which makes it a go-to spot for me and my coworkers. Overall, there was great food, great service, and definitely one of the top Chipotle locations I’ve visited.

  This chipotle in my opinion is clean compared to to chipotle on founders way by Home Depot, the seating is a bit weird as you will sit down and people are rust her on the line waiting to order that is one downside there is outside seating if a arm day, the food is generally fresh, and no real complain about it is not stellar clean but like I said cleaner thN the other chipotle in town over all I give 4 stars because of the seating and food and not excel bet or super good experience I guess I will come back it wasn’t bad,

  Went to get lunch here today and the restaurant was filthy. Not a clean table in sight, the drink area was dirty and they had no forks to eat with. When I asked for a fork to eat my salad they said they ran out. Ok, things happen, but then put a sign up that says no forks so we, as a consumer can make a decision whether to still order a salad. Better yet, take 20 bucks out of the register and walk across the parking lot to Sam's club and buy some to get through the day.
