- PPPhil2 days ago1.0You can't order online anymore. The chicken in both our bowl and burrito is just the chicken crumbs instead of from a new batch when the pan is empty. It's also burnt and flavorless. The largest piece of chicken in either bowl was probably the size of a mini M&M, I'm not kidding. In person you could see the person behind the counter ripping you off, but when you order online, drive it 30 minutes home and try and eat it you're SOL. This location has always been inconsistent but it's never been this outright BAD. Oh, and they replaced their customer service bot online that has been enshittified to the point where you can't get any sort of resolution for a disgusting product.

Consistently, the burritos are well-portioned and sufficiently wrapped to where I don't have to worry about a huge mess for dinner. I usually do mobile orders, and the food is always ready by the time my app says it will be. The window custodian is always polite and friendly. Because of these things, I can reliably count on this Chipotle when I've had a long day at the office and am in a pinch!

I made an order online and went to pick it up and they said I don’t see it yet and just went back to making other orders. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come back and confirm any information at all. I stood there for another 10 minutes and the guy at the register just said we will get that ready for you in a moment. 10 more minutes went by so I had to then again ask if they had my order, when the just said no and I left the place. All they did was say sorry with no customer service to try and rectify the situation although I provided my order number and full summary of the online order. I advise to go to a different chipotle and avoid this one.
