Bella was over the top amazing and sweet as can be. She made my experience positive and welcoming. If I could choose my server every time, I’d pick her.

Had to wait for waitress to come back again to help cash us out.

I sat at the bar to have a beer and order wings to-go. I was greeted with a bartender that was clearly spread way too thin. She was then also rude after I explained my empathy for being short staffed. I explained that I was going to have my beer and order wings to-go. Her response was, “Well, they are going to take just as much time as a take-out order”. Yeah, I get it. You’re busy. 15 minutes later, with no service whatsoever, I paid on the tablet and left. I don’t blame the bartender. She was definitely working hard and very good at pouring beer and keeping track of guests. My question is: Why would management schedule one bartender on a huge game day?? I ordered wings on a delivery app and got a better price. Decent. I do not plan on returning.
