  Food was good, service was absolutely terrible. This is our third time trying at this location and apparently third time is not the charm. Service was awful the first two times as well.

  Nearly an hour after placing order Dasher messaged me saying there was a problem with order, asked me to call restaurant. After several attempts, finally got through only to be told they had run out of wings then hung up on me! WHAT?!?!?!?! Why not let customers know when they order? There are better, more reliable places to get good wings in Castle Rock.

  We just went in to watch the second half of the Buffs game and I realized walking in that I forgot my glasses. I asked the guy who was about to seat is if we could have a booth along the wall which was near the big TV and he said I can get you sat in this booth right over here and walked us to the back. My husband looked around and saw none of the small TV's near us had the game on and asked him if there was any way we could get a table over there pointing near the bar and said so we can watch the game. The guy asked which game are you wanting to watch and my husband said the buffs. He pointed to the big screen and walked away. I said it was fine and we sat down. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. We waited 10 minutes and after no one came over to greet us, we got up and walked out. We're now at the County Line and Chester location where we should have gone in the first place. The last time we were here, we waited over an hour for just our appetizer on a Tuesday night and again they were not busy. We will not be going back to this location. You don't always know why someone is asking to sit closer to a TV but when you're in customer service, you do anything to make your customers happy, especially when your restaurant is practically empty on a Saturday at 12:30 while the Buffs are playing.

  Good food, horrible service. Lost our order, no big deal accidents happen. Transfered to a manager and put on hold for 12 minutes, was rude to our Dasher (who was great and the only reason we got our food). Our wings were then tossed haphazardly into a box as if we didn't pay for our meal. Good food, staff needs retrained on customer service.

  We got seated and didn't have a server for a long period of time until we said something. Finally someone came and said he was washing dishes. We ordered and after what felt like forever the food came out. The food was cold. We were waiting for a manager but as we were waiting i look towards the employee back door i see hostess man boy and another server laughing at us. Our server was nice but still a shitty experience. You can tell that the food was sitting out foe a while as shown in my photos especially the sauces.
