I called back to get the charge refunded and Zach said the best he could do was process it and I would probably see the refund in a week and that if I didn’t to call back. Also the wings came with very little sauce.

Drinks sat empty. Staff was rude as they could be, the food has always been decent but I’d rather spend my money where people are grateful. Whoever bartended that morning does not enjoy her job nor respect the company and it’s apparent.

Our server went to grab their manager. 15 min later he arrived at our table and asked what we want him to do about it. Ummm bring us hot food? He proceeded to talk to his server about how to ring it in the register and then just walked away. No apologies. 30 min later they brought out 2/4 people’s wings (no fries). Meanwhile they left all the cold entrees on the table piled up. We waited an additional 15 min for the other two people’s food (and everyone’s fries) to arrive, it never came, so we left. A crazy experience. We were there 2 hours and never got our food. I do not recommend coming here and the franchise owner should definitely look into a new manager.
