The employees seemed to be having a good time but immediately acknowledged us when we came in. We ordered the classic roast beefs and potato cakes. The employee told us it would take three minutes for the potato cakes. I did not time it, but they were calling our name in a few minutes, delivering great sandwiches.

Thank goodness we bought the 4 roast beef deal so she had a sandwich to eat we live down in Louviers so it was not worth our time to go back, very odd to not have the protein placed in the sandwich!!??

Intentional misgendering is against colorado state law and is listed as a discriminatory act under the colorado anti discrimination act. I have eaten at this arby's location a number of times and have never been treated with this level of disrespect. I hope this is just a trainingI hope this is just a training issue.And you can better train your employees that if they don't know someone's gender, to not misgender them. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect
