Once I realize it, and contact DQ help team - they say you need proof of receipt. Obviously if I had my receipt I could just scan it. The rewards program is a joke and the fact that you need a receipt to get points WHEN THEIR SYSTEM DIDNT WORK is absolutely crap! I did what I was supposed to and scanned my app - it should have worked and I shouldn't have to keep contacting DQ help team to transfer points. Their system is a scam!
