- SZSarah ZimmerApr 4, 20261.0We came in here today on a road trip up north looking for something to eat at 10:10am. The lunch menu was front and center, so we ordered and paid for lunch. Cashier was very nice and friendly. No mention of an issue. As I’m paying, the manager, Austin, came flying out of nowhere and very aggressively yelled at me that it would be a 40 minute wait if we wanted this food. No context, no explanation. Just very aggressively yelling at us for ordering from the menu they had up. I had to ask HIM what the issue was, and that was when he told me lunch is not available yet. It was so unnecessary the amount of force he came at us with, so I decided not to get any food. Very weird behavior to scold your customers for ordering food? From your restaurant?

It’s quick and easy and minimal waiting time. You can a QR code upon arrival and you just pull up to the point where they bring you food and leave. Easy peasy
- KRKylie ReidMar 24, 20261.0Ordered about 2 months ago and Rude staff, order was wrong and when I asked for another sauce was told no we only give out two… I said OK no problem when I got home my order was incorrect, so I called the store, was put on hold for 20 minutes, then when somebody answered, I asked for a manager and then Was hung up on me, not to mention the fact that I waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food, and there Wasn’t that many cars in the parking lot… And there was only me and two other cars in the pick up spot spots
