  I love Cava and used to go to the Cava location in Boulder at least once a week. This Cava in Castle Rock is a disaster I waited over 25mn in line to get my food ( mind you when I got there there were only 3 people ahead of me). They were fully staffed too, but there was just one kid serving all the orders and also working the register. All the other staff were walking around completing online orders only, hanging out in the kitchen, and a girl was cleaning for the entire 25 mn… The kid at the register was very polite and respectful….but everyone else had a bad attitude and did not seem to care or want to help him. By the time I left the line almost got to the door because no one was helping the kid…..despite him telling them he needed help and the line was getting long all other employees ignored him…. I’ve never experienced this at the Cava in Boulder ( which is usually busy and has a line of 5-7 people) . I will not be returning to this Cava it felt extremely unorganized, the food was meh in comparison to the Cava in Boulder…. and the pita chips were very cold. Just very disappointing given that I was a frequent customer of the Cava in Boulder :(

  Had to come back and leave a review because even after a long time, I still crave CAVA. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent every time I go. Especially appreciated Kaelinn for helping walk me through all the options—made the experience even better. Staff is quick and friendly, and the whole place just doesn’t miss. Definitely a spot you keep coming back to.

  DO NOT EAT THE LENTILS!! It overall was a good food, but it's my first time here so I was looking at their menu online and tried to order one and they rudely told me that is was online only but I could read them the ingredients and make a bowl that way if I wanted to. So when I did they acted like I was a massive inconvenience. Then I started eating and I cracked my tooth on undercooked lentils. Because of my uncomfortable ordering process I didn't feel safe to ask a refund.

  Now multiple times I've been in and terrible place. Last visit they were out of everything except falafel in the middle of the day. They weren't closed but were pretty much turning away all of the customers. I asked if they could make a plate and they said they guessed they could make a falafel crunch plate. I could tell they would rather me go away. I got the plate and there were multiple employees in the front doing nothing and as the only customer inside the whole restaurant I could not find a clean table. As I sat and ate my food at the dirty table I could barely get through a single bite, the food was so old, dry and nasty. I threw my food away and left. I came back tonight to give them another chance and as I stood in line an employee was berating another customer about not reading the sign about everything they were out of. Here we go again. The customer turned around and walked out. I did the same. Never again

  This is the 3rd time this has happened. Really disappointing experience. I arrived about 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing, and the grill was already turned off, so I wasn’t able to order items like pita chips. This isn’t the first time I’ve run into this issue. If a business is still open, customers should be able to order from the full menu. Closing procedures shouldn’t impact service this early. Crap service
