  Literally the only place we could find where we could order quickly food was good and there wasn't mix ups with our order personally so happy with the stop

  The place is horrible and expensive! The crunchwraps are half the size they used to be, and so dry! Hardly any filling...it was like eating cardboard! Everything else has shrunk in size also, except the prices, witch have doubled! The ice machine was leaking, and the restaurant wasn't very clean! Won't be going back there, or probably any Taco bell for that matter! What a waste of money!

  I have been trying to call since last night. The line just rings i am not able to get out there today. Last night my husband placed an order at 10:30pm. Working man so that’s when he could get food. Got home they forgot my order of a steak quesorito. Some chicken cantina was in it place. As for that burrito it was small basically had some lettuce with a few pieces of chicken. I wanted what i ordered! This isn’t the first time either! As for the rest the cantina quesadilla was thin. The employees act like it’s coming out of their pay checks i know they have a weight they have to abide by but i doubt it what was served! Get it together Cañon City Taco bell! 30+ wait times most of the time to not even get your order right or what you pay for. Do better please!

  Canon city taco bell is the worst taco bell I have ever encountered 2x now I went to the drive through they screwed up my order and I tried numerous times calling but they let the phone ring and ring and then they pick it up and hang up right away this is the worst taco bell ever 2x in a week they screwed up my order because they don't want to pay attention and they don't care.

  Went through the drive thru. Ordered and chicken quesadilla added creamy Chipotle sauce to it. Then ordered 2 spicy potato tacos. First problem is they changed me for the jalapeño sauce that comes on the quesadillas and obviously the creamy Chipotle. When I got home there was little to no sause and sour cream on the quesadilla. The spicy potato were made with rock hard potatoes. I called and was told to come back to the store to get everything fixed. I stood there for over 30 mins waiting for the remakes. Once the food came out there was only on spicy potato taco when i clearly told the person there was 2. So i had to wait another 15mins just for one potato taco. In this time of me waiting for my food I watched a guy that was with door dash ask about the food he was supposed to be picking up. He said he had been waiting there 40 mins. The person behind the counter just said its taking time. The guy with doordash ended up leaving. Also the guy behind the counter kept getting on his phone. Was just standing there looking around confused. He in the time of me waiting went to the bathroom and never washed his hands when he got back behind the counter like I know you have to do even if your just a cashier. There were girls in the back with no hair nets on yet they were in line making food. There was also an employees speaker sitting on top of the heating racks. Which is gross cuz it cant be sanitized aa it's above where they make everyone's food. The lobby had food and trash on the floors. But no one was going out to sweep. This place is nasty and I cant believe the employees and their ignorance.
