    We ordered 3 footlong meals cost $50, the wait was long but understood its lunch time. Went to go get soda out of the drink station and no Pepsi, no wild cherry pepsi, no pepsi zero, I asked and told them about it but they went back to making sandwiches. After 3 customers were helped and noticed they still didnt have any interest in changing it out i left. The food had a off taste to it as well so was scared to eat it. I dont think we will be back for a while.

    My family of 5 came into this subway location, once again (this is the 3rd time) we were told it would be a long wait since they had a large online order. Another family of 4 came in behind us and was told the same thing. Both workers were focusing on ONLY the online orders. Both my family and the other family left to go elsewhere. My family alone would have been close to $80. Maybe if you guys paid attention to your patrons in store the business would do better. And like I said this the 3rd time this exact situation has happened when walking into this store, last time we had to wait 30 min before even looked at and helped. My family will not be back.

    We came in to get sandwiches and upon enter we felt instant silence and saw three women standing by the register gawking at us, we smiled and said hello but was met with cold shoulder and silence. We tried to walk up more and heard banter and trash talk about a manager named John and how he makes his employees uncomfortable. We immediately turned around with zero thoughts and told them how uncomfortable the situation was. What a poor excuse for employees. Now I remember why I don’t go into this location.

    I am including details with the hopes that the manager will see this. We went tonight, 2/15 at 6:00 by server 999997. This server was absolutely awful. She was moving at turtle speed and was 15 minutes late on the pickup order. But she would not speak to anyone in there, she was clearly pissed off and made everyone uncomfortable. When we finally got our order, the next people in line told her they needed 3 sandwiches and she got pissed off about that and was very rude! Her attitude was so nasty, that the people who just walked in said “nope, not dealing with that we’re going somewhere else!” And left. I don’t care if she’s having a bad day or whatever, you shouldn’t work in customer service if you can’t be decent, or at minimum, not be rude.

    If I could give this place a negative review I would! Absolutely disgusting I placed an ordered and all of my sandwich’s had BROWN lettuce! And I’m pregnant so I asked to get extra toasted and it was completely soggy! Absolutely do NOT go there! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
