  Seen a lot of poor reviews for this place, I don't get it, the staff was friendly, food was good. It's a little slower compared to the others I've been to, but not horribly so.

  What a let down. Worst Jimmy John’s I have been to in 4 states. Could barely understand the guy on the microphone because the way he was speaking, later realized it was like a joke he was doing. “Freaky Fast!!!” How about Freaky Slow. Never had such slow service. When I got to the window I asked if I could add a pickle quartered. He looked at me like I had four heads for about 5 seconds and then asked someone else. Then came back and asked me if I wanted it whole or halved. I said quartered. We then waited about 5 minutes on our food after waiting 10 minutes in line. Get home and the lettuce is so brown and gross. Oh and he made sure to tell me that it would be $2.50 for bacon and then they left it off. Worst experience I have ever had at a JJ. Won’t be back to this one. Like it’s run by a bunch of 12 year olds. No offense to 12 year olds.

  This was my 1st time back in 7 years! I ordered online, so that it'd be ready when I got there. When I got there, he said the recite was just printing. While I waited in an empty store for 15 minutes for 1 sandwich, they were talking about how they had to cut hours due to no business and how they only sold 16 sandwiches today. Might this be why. Jimmy John's might not be the right fit for Canon City. Tasted good though. Why do you have a sign on the wall by the beverage station that says "no spitting," is that 🤔 really an issue?

  The roast beef on the Hunters club was excellent. I will get it again!
