  I went in with my cousin and when I relieved my food I had cold old fries. They told my cousin that his order would be ready because they had to wait on fries. Mind you he ordered before me. I asked if I could hat fresh fries. The staff said they only made enough for him. He only had a large frie. Now the fourth awful experience I have had at this location.

  My brisket sandwich was not as good as I'd hoped. Half the sandwich had no barbecue and the other half was mostly gristle. There was one piece of onion ring on it, about an inch long, that was it.

  Well my husband ordered online amd when we go to get it the lights are off in the building went in cause there was people there. As soon as we got to the counter we were talked about in front of us "ordering online is so un-American. " they never greeted us or spoke to us other than a cook letting us know we would have food soon. The bad part food was horrible still old brown lettuce. It was so horrible the fact they literally talked shit about us in front of us and acted like we did not exist. They were both females and one was a manager of some kind.

  This place is crazy. I would have thought it impossible to be this bad this consistently. However thus locations manages to mess up anytime and everytime. Take the drive to loves down tye street this location is worse than having not eaten at all.
